We have seemed to add this "magical" and "mystical" "aura" over to manifesting over the centuries to perhaps "sell" the "product". Please forgive all of the quotation marks but really, I felt it necessary to get my point across.

Yes, not everything that we think may immediately appear in that very next moment, but be assured that every thought, every word, and every action is a little "ripple" which gradually expands over time and we will live with the results from that one single moment.
Always keep your thoughts on things which are true, noble, right, lovely, admirable, excellent and worthy of praise. When you do, you'll have a life which is true, noble, right, lovely, admirable, excellent and worthy of praise.
