How can I save 2/3 of my taxes?

(First I must tell you that I am not a real estate or tax attorney (or any type of attorney for that matter), or an accountant. But I will lead you to people who are and those who will show you exactly how to do this as a business owner). 

That is a very important question and I offer a 2 pronged answer. You can certainly use one of the two or both in conjunction with each other. Either way, I hope you’ll do yourself the favor of reading this completely. Don’t say “no” to the second possibility because you feel that you have no experience, money or interest in the first; or vice versa.

Are you ready for the answer?

Can you be strong and take some harsh “reality talk” at the end of this article?

Will you take responsibility for your own future?

Your answer is a short one; become a real estate investor (with our help).  And/or you can become a marketing agent for us and earn substantial commissions of $1,000 to $10,000 per sale.  

Let’s first talk about becoming an investor.

Being a real estate investor seems to be one of the few ways to make this happen. There are the network marketing businesses which could work as long as you have the right company, the right training and the right mindset. I’ll leave that for another article.

Here I will tell you about a legitimate real estate investing school that teaches you everything you need to know about all aspects of investing. It is a school, so please expect to invest in your education; this is NOT free. However, it is so inexpensive compared to college, a trade school or any of the “gurus” business models where you go to a seminar and get upsold on products over time. (I’m not putting down those business models; they have their place. We just offer a one-time fee program that you always have access to, plus our community of likeminded associates basically “forever”).

We teach you everything you’ll need to know about real estate investing AND we also work with you to do those deals anywhere in the USA. Again, I’m not putting down any other business model, but I really like how this is such a “hands on” community where we help each other succeed in real estate.

The education is all online (unless you want to travel to the physical locations) so you can do everything in your home and on your own schedule. To learn more about the investing school you’ll need to attend one or both of these sessions (I recommend doing both).

The second is about 45 minutes. This is a webinar that is an introduction to the investing school and touches a bit on the marketing side of things which I’ll speak to you about next. This webinar has valuable information that will assist you or anyone interested in becoming wealthy in any endeavor because it speaks about how the wealthy think and do things. WARNING: Both of the webinars are available on “set” days but usually are available most weeks unless there is a holiday or something. If you have a dentist appointment or something, cancel it or work your schedule around this; your future is that important (at least I would think that you think that). If the webpage states that it is “closed” for that day, go ahead and enter you information and register anyway as there may be a cancellation.

If you are still reading, this means to me that you are interesting in marketing the school. That is just fine with us.  Many students are funding (or partly funding) their tuition this way.

Now let's talk about marketing the school 
and earning income in this way. 

The emphasis of the school is mostly about teaching; that’s what schools do, right? So when you attend the 2 webinars I told you about earlier, you will not hear much about the marketing opportunity as they just touch on it and speak mostly about the training and how you’ll make money (usually $4,000 and more on a wholesale deal and $40K to a $100K or more on a flip, etc.).

To market the school, it does not matter if you’ve had any experience in marketing before  but you do need to first trust that you can do this (don’t short change yourself) and then be willing to learn from us and then do what we tell you to do because it works. To earn $1,000 to $10,000 per sale within a month’s time requires this.

Please don’t think that this is “hard” and that you can’t do this or that money will fall from the sky without doing anything. Where, and how else can you earn that kind of money in a very short time and continue doing so? My experience, in registering people to become marketers for this school, has been very interesting. All types of people respond to our advertising. Many think that they can become successful or earn money by doing nothing. Others are afraid of their own shadow and don’t think they can do something to move forward. To all of that I can only tell you to “be strong”.

To be a marketer for us, you need to be disciplined and consistent in your work because we do not micro manage you all the time like your boss does at a job. We continually teach you to become better and make the sales, and make sales you definitely will! How would a $1,000 check help you today, or this week to pay your bills? How would $10,000 next week (and continuing) change your lifestyle?

I’m not trying to “hype” this because it will take consistent effort on your part (with our help; and again unlike the “gurus” we do not charge extra for our coaching) but I will tell you that all of this is possible because we can show you proof that our marketers are indeed doing this every day of the week!

To become a marketer for us you will need to go through a 3 step candidate interview. The first 2 sessions will educate you on the school (so you know what you are talking about when you market the courses) and the third tells you how students fund the tuition for the school and then about how you get started as a marketing agent for us.

If you cannot commit to about 3 hours to research the school and how we do things, you are not the person we want to have marketing for us as you would be a “liability” and not an “asset”. At the beginning of this article I promised you that I would share how you can save 2/3 on your taxes, how you can safely leave your job in 5 years or less, and how if you are nearing retirement (or in retirement) how you can recoup everything and more that you lost over the years by your own bad management or events which depleted your money over the years. I’ve kept that promise by telling you how you can do this as either a real estate investor and/or by marketing our real estate investing school. It’s up to you to take the next step or go back to how you are living up to this point. You have a choice now.
